The Pricing

As you begin looking for a web design firm, it is likely you will end up with quotes that are sometimes thousands of dollars apart for the same website project. Many clients end up scratching their heads trying to figure out how the difference in price can be so different. One answer is that many web design firms are well established and have large overheads to cover. This results in expensive quotes for you and your project. They are really quoting to cover their overhead and then the profit. On the other end, you can end up with extremely low quotes. These are usually newer or unqualified designers trying to break into the web design business. More often than not they are just learning at your expense with web design and have a regular full time job elsewhere.

It seems obvious you'll want to avoid both extremes. We have very fair pricing and we keep our overhead extremely low. We aren't caught up in the expense of the 'corporate office' and we work with a number of subcontractors with whom we already have a good working relationship. This allows us to meet the challenges of larger clients projects while not having to overcharge smaller projects to maintain a highly paid staff in leaner times.

In short, we quote based on an $50/hr rate which is the same rate we have maintained for the past five years. Having quoted and designed many projects over the years, our rates are darn competitive without the need to 'pad' the project quote.

The only time we change a price quote is if the client changes the project scope in the middle of the project. We are flexible and fine with that. We appreciate the the client's involvement to make changes as they see fit. We just ask for the same flexibility from you in paying for the extra work needed to make these changes in the website project.

Due to the fact that we invest real man hours into each website project, we do not offer refunds. We believe a hard worker is worth his or her wages. In the extremely rare event that you are completely unsatisfied with the work, we will keep only the monies that have aleady been advanced.
